Propagation (on a good day!)

Here is an example of my propagation on a good day on 15m (21.074Mhz).  Anything North of me is fine, including into Europe via the Arctic.  South and South East are fine into the rest of South America.  South over the Antarctic lights up New Zealand, Australia and occasionally into Indonesia.  

West is the problem.  We at 950m above sea level (asl), and immediately to our West is the Andes High Sierra and Mountains which rise from 2,500m to 3,200m asl.  I don’t see any propagation into Asia, such as Japan or China.
